3. What you may not do

6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RapidData and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RapidData harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.
8. Governing law
Unless a separate signed agreement specifies otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (specifically the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts where applicable) for visitors in the GCC, and by the laws of the country in which the contracting RapidData entity is incorporated for visitors elsewhere. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the top of this page is the version in effect. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
